Does it work for HVAC, plumbing, solar or remodeling?
Yes. Describe your service and who you serve, and the setup assistant writes the questions for it, like the system age for HVAC or the room for a remodel.
What happens with renters or jobs we don't do?
If your setup says you only work with homeowners, the chat tells a renter so politely and ends. Someone asking for a service you don't offer is told that too. Both are scored cold, so they don't take your crew's time.
Can people send photos of the damage?
Yes. In the chat they can send a photo or screenshot, and you see it with their answers.
How fast can I follow up?
Hot leads are emailed to you as they come in. Each lead also gets a short first message written from their answers, which you send from your own WhatsApp or email in one tap.
