Chatform lets a business share a link where people answer questions by AI chat, voice call or a form. This page says what we collect, why, and how to have it deleted.

If you are a business using Chatform

• Your login: the email and name on your Google account. You sign in with Google, so we never see a password.
• Your business name, the forms you make, and a short business profile our setup assistant writes from what you tell it, so it doesn’t ask the same things twice.
• Your credits and how they were used, and any support tickets you write.

If you are answering a Chatform link

• What you type or say, and the answers saved from it. In a voice call we keep the text of what was said, not the audio.
• When you answered, and the campaign tags in the link (like utm_source), if any.
• Your IP address only as a one-way hash, to stop abuse. We don’t store the address itself.
• The business that shared the link sees everything you answered, with an AI summary. They decide what they ask, and what they do with your answers is up to them.

Who processes it

• Answers and messages are sent to Google’s Gemini API to run the conversation and write summaries, under Google’s API terms.
• Our servers and database are in India.
• We don’t sell data and don’t show ads. The site has no advertising or third-party analytics trackers. We count page opens ourselves: the page, the campaign tag in the link, the site you came from and your browser type, with a random browser id. No IP address is kept.

In your browser

We keep your login on your device (local storage) so you stay logged in, and on a Chatform link a small note so an unfinished chat can continue if you come back, plus the random id used to count page opens. No advertising cookies.

Deleting your data

Business owners can ask us to delete their account and all its forms and responses through a support ticket or at chatform.mycustomers@gmail.com. If you answered a business’s link and want your answers removed, ask that business, or write to us with the link and roughly when you answered.
