By making an account or sharing a Chatform link, you agree to these terms.
Your account
Keep your login safe; you are responsible for what is done with your account. One person or business per account.
Credits
- New accounts get 200 free credits. Credits are used only when people answer your published links: each turn of a chat or voice call, and the summary of each response. Making and editing forms is free.
- How many credits a response uses depends on its length; you can see it for every turn, response and form, and in your credits history.
- When your credits run out, your links stop taking new responses until you have more. To get more, open a support ticket.
- Free credits have no cash value.
Using Chatform fairly
- Tell people who you are and why you are asking, and only collect what you need.
- Don’t use Chatform to ask for passwords, card numbers, government ID numbers or similar sensitive details.
- Don’t use it for spam, harassment, scams, or anything illegal, and follow the rules of the places you share your links.
- We may pause links or accounts that break these rules.
The AI
The chat, summaries and scores are written by AI and can be wrong. Check what matters before you act on it.
Our part
We work to keep Chatform running and your data safe, but we provide it as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. We may change features, prices and these terms, and will say so on this page.
