Which languages does Chatform support?
English, Hindi and Hinglish, plus Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Urdu, Arabic, Indonesian, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German and Japanese as starting languages. The AI follows whatever language the person uses.
Does the voice call work in Hindi?
Yes. People can speak in Hindi or Hinglish and the AI answers out loud in the same language.
Are summaries also in Hindi?
Summaries are written in English so a team can read them quickly. The original answers stay as the person gave them.
