Use cases

A customer feedback form that asks why

A regular feedback form gets you ratings and one-word answers. Chatform asks your questions one at a time and, when an answer hides something useful, like a problem, a strong opinion or something unclear, digs in to understand why, with tap options where it can.

It doesn't dig into simple facts, stops digging when someone is in a hurry, and notes anything else useful it hears, so the chat stays short and the answers stay useful.

How it works

  1. Say what you want to learn

For example: why trial users don't upgrade, or what guests think of a new menu.

  2. Share the link

After a purchase, in an email, or as a QR code on the table.

  3. Read the reasons

Each response has a one-line takeaway and a score for how useful it is, so the detailed answers rise to the top.

What it looks like

Questions

Will it ask too many questions?

No. It aims for what you need in as few questions as possible: it digs only when an answer is worth it, never on simple facts like a city or a role, stops when someone gives short answers, and has a message limit you set.

Can I collect feedback anonymously?

Yes. Only ask for a name or contact details if you need them; every question is yours to choose.

How do I read hundreds of responses?

Each response comes with a one-line takeaway and a score, and you can filter by score or category or export everything to CSV.
